Breastfeeding recipe tips!

Any food/dinner/snack tips for a breastfeeding mom here that wants to loose my stomach and tone the rest of my body? I am on day 3 of cutting out dairy. Looking to completely cut out dairy/soy due my baby(7 weeks old) having bad trapped gasđŸ˜©,but I just don’t know where to start on the food side while breastfeeding when preparing to workout.

Focus on easy high protein meals. Chicken and ground turkey are my favorite for dinner! Tuna is a good snack if you like it. Protein shakes too. You need to fuel your body, it’s working extra hard to keep up with your baby.
