AAC Device Funding

Does anyone know if there’s any sort of funding for the AAC device for non verbal kids? My child is awaiting an autism diagnosis and currently non verbal. I am trying my best to do all I can in the meantime. I hear the AAC device can be very helpful with communication but it’s something I am unable to afford right now. Anyone knows of any funding I can get with it?

If you hear back from anyone could you let me know my son is 6 been diagnosed with autism and non verbal we recently found out he’s good with visual photos with words and identifying that way so would be handy thank you x
