i do BLW so my baby feeds herself & get a bit of whatever we’re having (as long as it’s appropriate for her) she loves steamed veggies like broccoli & cauliflower, she likes pasta (tortellini, ravioli) , fruit, potatoes, pierogies, banana pancakes, and eggs. i would say eggs are a great go to!!!
I only do one solid now during lunch time I give him cooked sweet potato mix with tomatoes and bell peppers. He also loves lentils it’s rich in iron and doesn’t constipate him. Those are my go to for my 8 month old. Hopefully that helps.
