Period tracking apps

won’t lie i stopped using them out of fear lol but my friend uses stardust

I love Ovia !! Currently loving the Ovia Pregnancy app too. It seems to be more accurate for my very long menstrual cycle compared to Flo that I used as a teenager. The Ovia period app has more options for your profile too like “are you breastfeeding,” “do you have any bladder issues,” etc.

I use clue, very accurate for me, shows ovulation window and potential fertile days and has options for use in pregnancy and trying to conceive etc. They have daily trackers for mood, toilet habits, periods, spotting, sex, exercise, feelings and other things if you fancy it. I’ve heard they do very good articles too but not tried myself yet

If you have iPhone then their health app is good. It’s reliable and tells me almost all the time correctly when my period starts.

Soo I have the nexplanon and my periods haven’t really settled or anything I have a weird cycle like when i do actually get it, it last 3 weeks sometimes with bleeding towards the last two weeks but back pain and cramping the first week would any of these app like be able to learn my cycle? is my cycle too random

I swear by Flo. Absolutely worth it
