We keep having it with wees, with the Aldi mamia- one wee is fine but overnight it’s just leaking! Trying the Tesco ones as another option at the moment but annoyingly seems like trial and error.
I have a 3 week old boy and this happened a lot we have been through so many wet clothes! when you put the nappy on make sure his bits are pointing down into the nappy and not up where it can spray up, this seemed to help us a lot it’s worth a try x
@Jess aldi ones always leaked with my son
Try different brands they all fit differently. I found with my first as soon as I noticed them start to leak it was time to size up. I never went by the weight range on the packets x
Same happened with me with the Aldi ones which I used on my first baby and were absolutely fine. We are on pampers now and are so much better but will probably go back to Aldi ones when he’s bigger xxx
I’m using Aldi nappies and have found I have to make sure the back is higher than the front. The tabs at the front are secured only just above the legs. Then they don’t leak
Thanks all! The problem is he has a very round tummy (especially after a feed) so the happy sits underneath and I can't pull it higher. Sounds like I need to shop around!
Not had it, but when you do them up round the front tilt the fasteners down a bit almost making a little triangle (if that makes sense) it will put extra pressure along the top of the back of the nappy! Although you may need to keep trying different brands. You can also double nappy with next size up over the top to help?
