Keep chasing, find out from your GP or your local birthing centre if they have your referral (your GP should have the telephone numbers to call the birthing centre). I had exactly the same and got to 10 weeks with constant phone calls before I got an appointment. Now I’m waiting for scan dates and my 12 weeks falls around Christmas, no one seems to see the urgency you feel. You will get there though x
Definitely call them and chase! I was calling them 3x per week for mine as they were so full they were finding it difficult to get me in. I ended up having mine at 11 weeks which is a week later than usually done. It didn't impact the timing for my 12 week scan though so don't worry too much about that.

When I did a self referral it gave me a number to ring if I hadn't heard back in 3 working days. Not sure if your trust is the same or different.
Hey I did the same and was 9 weeks too so I emailed them directly to follow up that they recieved my referral. Turned out they hadn’t and it had got lost in the system.They got me in the next day! Deffo give them a call and chase it up xx
