I currently have! What’s your deepest pool measurement? I’m currently admitted due to the risks that come with it (cord prolapse etc). Is your baby otherwise healthy ?

I actually remember your post from a few weeks ago. Did they diagnose the brightness on the scan? Was it diagnosed ? We have a CPAM diagnosis which can sometimes be linked to polyhydramnios so just wondering if similar

How far along are you? I not sure on pool measurement but I’m like 32 something (if that means anything). The bright spots are being looked into as well and they won’t know if baby is healthy until he’s born. I’m so stressed and sad atm! I feel it’s my fault for not eating well enough 😭😭 how are you feeling with it?

Baby has moderate echogenics bowels which was the bright spots but unknown cause and don’t know if baby is healthy until he’s here

@Emily I’m 34 weeks and I’ve been sitting at 15cm for my deepest pools. They’ve never gave me like combined pool numbers but a typical pregnancy is about 5-8cm. I’m finding it all quite difficult tbh, knowing we have a lot of uncertainty ahead and we don’t know what the plan is until he is born. With CPAM, it’s cystic area on the lung. It’s not genetics, just chance, same will be for your baby most likely there’s nothing you did or didn’t do it’s just one of these things but it’s so hard not knowing what’s going on in there. My wee guy has been really active and happy and I’ve been for scans weekly since 22 weeks. Currently in patient due to risk of waters going for polyhydramnios etc, had MRIs etc to help confirm diagnosis but it’s all very scary. Feel free to message me directly if you like xx

I was diagnosed with it at 28 weeks, but levels were in the normal range at 32 weeks. I don't know if that's reassuring or now, but thought I'd share.

I had polyhydramnios with my first pregnancy, I had to have 2 amniodrainages where they drained 1.5L of fluid each time and (not to scare you) but the second round is what caused me to go into labour at 32 weeks

Yes I had this every week it was just going up and up and when I was in labour the doctor who broke my waters said they have never seen so much fluid! I was induced because of it as I was high risk for cord prolapse. I got to 39 weeks and 4 days before the decided to induce.
