Told him I needed pyjamas, got some summer dresses that are definitely not my taste....
he got me some neutral long sleeve shirts, socks, a lego cat, wraith figurine, resistance bands, and a workout set. i asked for workout related things, some pant and a perfume.
Since we traveled for Christmas, we agreed to not buy each other presents but rather “experiences”
My guy doesn't celebrate holidays and I hate it! Not even birthdays! He also is terrible at accepting gifts so I just don't buy them anymore. I hate this about him. I'm not much into holidays either, but I celebrate. I put out some decorations, a small tree, and follow traditions. I woke up to a "Happy Holidays " text message which led to an argument about our relationship failures. I just couldn't help but say, "it's Merry Christmas today not Happy Holidays" I felt I was checking him out at the grocery store or something like Happy Holidays what?? 😅 Was his way of not mentioning Christmas! So he was gone all day with "people who care about him" 😅 better for me so I hung out by myself all day and he came home and I was doing my night time skin care, eating grapes, and making steak and potatoes for myself! 😅
something i asked for (a super cute jumper), something i wanted but didnt tell them (a game for my nintendo switch), something from our son (a little ring from pandora that our son chose), something to play together (didn’t want or tell them but a really nice gift relating to a show i love) and two boxes of guylian chocolates (my favourite chocolates)
I sent him some purses awhile ago that I love. He got me two along with cozy clothes, jewelry, hair care and a yoga kit since I’ve been wanting to get into yoga! My man has always been a great gift giver🥰
Honestly I never give him a list or tell him what I want. But he always always gets it bang on. This year I got a cozy blanket sweater, fuzzy slippers, a new hair dryer because mine tried to kill me 😂 and a beauty set ❤️
Non of the above. Very thoughtful gifts, not random at all. I didn’t even know that they existed. Super amazing and useful. I was blown away, honestly. 10+ years of being together, and this is the best he has ever done.
We had agreed not to get each other anything cuz were going overseas on the 29th for 2 weeks and that's like the coolest present, but I also knew better so I got him a hat he's been wanting for his outdoor adventures and he got me a small perfume sample set since I've been trying to find a perfume I really like lol
My gift was him keeping the kids away from me until I was ready to get up. And that was so appreciated!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
A mix of something I wanted and something he wanted to get me
Random, two bright color sweatsuits. I’m big so not a fan of wearing bright colors. Oh also a new ring white gold I only do yellow gold. Random but thankful. Got him a pickleball set (since he loves it) also a fashionable long coat I knew he’d love also a sweater representing his Puerto Rico family and he wanted new studs so got him those as well. Feel I over did it. He’s never been a good gift giver and if I ask directly for what I want I get an excuse. 🤷♀️
We agreed to no gifts this year - money is tight and we tried to treat the kids to as much as poss. I got him some chocolates though and a mug, which I know I did not have too but low keeyyyyyy a little sad I didn’t at least get a card as I did kind of hint!( even homemade from the bigger kids with his instruction lol) as it’s my first Christmas with our baby (other kids are from both of our separate previous relationships)
I got him two toned memory foam house slippers and leather gloves that he’ll use primarily for driving
