Did anyone’s babies birthday just get forgotten about?

After buying for my partners niece and nephew for many years for birthdays and Christmas, I’m so disappointed to have only received a Christmas present for her this year. Nothing for her first birthday, not even a card! I’m assuming this is because it’s a December birthday, however I’m pretty pissed off. Has anyone’s else’s baby not got a 1st birthday gift from family?
