Health visitor?
Hi all!
Just wondering, when will our little ones next see the health visitor (if they do). Our last visit was a bit daunting and the women werent particularly helpful or friendly with any questions we had. Do they get another soon? Starting to mentally prepare myself

We just have a 2 - 2.5 year review.
We just have a 2 year review usually at a clinic
I think it varies per region but in case it helps, it is an optional service that you’re free to opt out of if you feel it’s of no benefit to you ☺️
@Lucy it’s no longer optional up until the age of 5 I think it is.. I looked into this before my son was 1 because like the OP I had big issues with our HV! (Luckily for the 1yr assessment I got a different HV😮💨)
I called up when my lo was a bit younger I think 15m with concerns and they said they don’t normally do an 18m check but because I’ve got concerns they’ll do an 18m review other than that it’s just 2Y check
