Shoes
My son has been walking for about 4 weeks and wanting to walk outside but as soon as he has shoes on he goes all awquard. I've bought Clark pre walkers, cheap supermarket shoes, slippers, light wellies and nothing seems to help. I've put them on in the house and he just pulls them off.
Has anyone found any in between shoes that they're little ones don't mind wearing?

Rubber soled socks. My lo still prefers to wear them over actual shoes and we do a lot of walking outside.
We are having a mare with shoes. Our nearly 15 month old has been walking since 12 months but point blank refuses to have shoes on. She screams, and refuses to move, then sits down and tries to pull them off! Anybody else in this situation?!?

So my LO found actual walkers from Clark’s much easier to walk in than pre walkers as the bottoms are more solid. The longer you can keep them bare foot the better though. Id steer away from wellies and slippers and just stick to proper structured shoes. In terms of pulling them off when my son realised if he didn’t wear the shoes he wasn’t gonna walk outside he soon caved in 😅 x
