I went in for a routine Ob appointment and the nurse took my blood pressure then another nurse did then I got sent to labor and delivery they are keeping me here to monitor my blood pressure for a couple hours and they drew my blood they also gave me a menu so I’m assuming I’ll be here awhile. I was wondering how accurate the blood test for gender chromosomes tend to be. I'm 12 weeks and I got the blood test (no results yet) and my husband is super excited to find out but I don't know if the test is accurate enough to do a gender reveal to the family or if its safer to wait until 20 weeks.
