Check to see if waters have broken

Does anyone know the test that is done to see if waters is broken how accurate it is or what they actually do? Is it just someone having a look inside or do they send a swab sample off to the lab? Is the swab sample to check for infection or to check for waters rupturing? Thanks ☺️

I really don’t want to go past my due date given the traumatic experience that I had going past my due date with my first, but my ob is insisting and won’t ...

Positive VBAC stories here for the good vibes.

Hi ladies, First time mom, I had emergency c section back in April and it was traumatic as first time mom. But all I can say is thank god I’m still here. The attending OB measured my baby wrong and said he was 10lb and me being clueless blindly went for c section. If I had known all to come after and error I would’...

Hello all! My husband and I might be moving to the Sydney area for a couple of years and I wanted to just ask how the ob care looks. C section

Had my section nearly 5 months ago. It was the best recovery with no pain whatsoever so ever. However if I lean up something, kitchen side for example, it still feels slightly bruised but doesn’t hurt at all to touch. Is this normal?
