I woke up this morning bleeding like a period, I’ve been to hospital and they’re giving me a scan tomorrow. I’m really hoping it isn’t a miscarriage.. has anybody else had bleeding and baby has been ok? Trying to stay positive🥲

I hope this post is okay I just come back from the doctors . I went to see my gp due to having sharp pains in my side and in my shoulder now and again and they mentioned a threatened miscarriage but I haven’t had any bleeding at all . Can you have a threatened miscarriage without bleeding ?
