So sleeping is awful now I just toss and turn and my hips hurt from sleeping on my side now, when I wake up I feel exhausted but then once I’ve got ready I feel fine…..but then about 3pm I get a huge slump and I feel exhausted and can’t concentrate at work. Anyone got any tips for getting over this?
