Hey ladies. When do we have to apply for schools for reception start? I feel so confused by it all

My daughter is turning 16 on the 20 th of November and I am busting my butt to finish these decorations for her party that Saturday 😳 tired is an understatement and I'm not even half way through but look at what I've got done and let me know your thoughts 🤷🏻‍♀️
