Teenage Pains

Can someone please tell me how to help a teenager in this day and age? I have 2 of them that I just don’t get most of the time. They don’t follow rules anymore & I don’t know what else do to?

Does your LO eat chips?

Going nandos tonight and don’t fancy cooking a separate meal to take with us for baby? But also feeling guilty about the fried chips. I know there are other options but can’t see her eating it tbh, she loves potatoes lol

Tired

I swear I get so tired…. I was trying to wash all of the pump parts and baby bottles. I kept hearing my baby cry from the room. I was trying to wait it out to see if he’d get it under control, but my nerves couldn’t take it. I go in there and he’s just laying there on his phone while she’s crying. I asked him if he ...

Guilt

My baby is 9 weeks old tomorrow, and during his wake windows I feel super guilty if I’m not entertaining him the whole time. I play and talk to him lots but sometimes I just let him chill and he ends up just falling asleep peacefully. I bought him a gym mat that he likes for these moments which has helped massively....

Recommendations for starting solids

LO is 24 weeks today and we’d like to introduce Kendamil porridge this weekend. Which cutlery and bowls did everyone buy for baby? Is there particular solids or purées that worked well for your baby? Do I try to give food once a day to start with? Any advice and guidance is appreciated!

Amazing Husband

I'm so thankful. It's the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight night. My hubby makes nachos and eats all his nachos and looks over and sees i haven't touched mine. He says what do you need? I say "well I'm feeding baby so I can't eat yet" he waits until it's burp time then takes baby so I can eat ❤️💜 I'm in love with…

Eating

My 18mo old has always been a great eater and drinker. This last week he has started spitting his food out and letting his drink run out of his mouth. Not every meal or every time he drinks but it's enough to be annoying. It's at the point of I don't know what to set in front of him because 50% of the time he pic...

Am I hormonal or am I feeling realistically upset?

Okay so back story. I’ve been married 4 years. I’ve caught my husband in more lies than I count. To be fair most of them have been about porn, but I’ve expressed that I’m not comfortable with that and he’s agreed that he wouldn’t watch it. Some of the lies have been more thought the first time I was postpartum (we h...

do you really think age 2 is terrible?

the term “terrible twos” bothers me a bit. yes toddlers can be difficult and dealing with tantrums is never fun nor easy, but i don’t think they should be labeled as terrible for doing developmentally normal things. they’re learning and doing their best, i don’t think it’s terrible at all

Just a rant

I have a 4 1/2 month baby and he’s my first. I feel like people are so judgemental without knowing the dynamic of the house of what goes on in the day. I’ve been told I give too much tv time but I only put it on for 15 minutes when I’m trying to eat. He doesn’t play with toys for a long time as he gets bored quickly...

Hi, So I’m on my second pregnancy with this man and the first time I have him what he wanted. No one else in the delivery room. This time I can’t bare it. I am so close to my sisters and family that my mom passed away I would have her. He’s constantly wanting me to choose him and him alone or nothing. If I have my ...

Hubby sleeping out

He doesn't come home and most times he doesn't call me and if he does, he will say he is coming home but never came home and I am currently pregnant and also with an infant.
