First time health visitor appointment

Hi, I've seen a few posts about health visitor appointments so thought I'd share my experience as I just had mine today. I'd read some posts previously that made me very nervous but there was no need! My visit lasted maybe 30 minutes and it was mostly spent covering what the health visitors are there for and signp...

4 week old constantly straining

My 4 week old baby girl is constantly straining to pass wind, going red in the face and sometimes she doesn’t even get the fart out. It seems to be a constant battle for her and I can’t stand seeing her in pain. We’ve tried bicycle legs, tummy massages etc to no avail. She’s been to the doctors and they said it ...

It finally happened

Someone parked too close to my minivan so that when I opened the door, me and my giant baby bump could not get through. Fortunately, I was still able to crawl in through the passenger side door! 🥴

Ear piercing

Has anyone pierced their girl’s ears yet? I’m undecided but I know that if I want to do it I should do it soon, so that the piercer can do it without LO moving as much. Just worried about the aftercare and not wanting my LO to pull on them!

Vomiting

Anyone know why my baby keeps vomiting after bottles, it's not reflux necessarily as he suffers from that. It seems different, as though he's overfed but he isn't.
