Since birth my boy was taking up to 70ml and he's now backing 4 - 6oz each feed and he's only 10 days old 😂. Was born 7lb 1oz and is now 7lb 9oz. He has expressed breastmilk during the day and a formula feed at night or when out and about.
Please how many ml of breast milk or formula does your little one take per feed at 3 months I exclusively pump and feed per bottle
My baby is formula fed, and weighed 9lbs 5oz at birth (gas and air only 🫠😂) so has always been eating more than what is ‘average’, but I just wondered what other big babies are eating at this stage? He is 6 days old, and currently on 90ml every 4 hours, but I’m pretty sure he wants more? Any help would be…
Can someone please give me a ‘dummy’s guide to the rapid cool’ If I want to make a 7oz bottle doing the hotshot method?
What sort of timings are you all using for milk feeds and meal times? I seem to end up waiting quite some time after first bottle before giving breakfast as she'll have 8 or 9oz first thing! Not sure whether to reduce the bottle amount and bring breakfast earlier? What are you all doing?
Hi My lo is 1 month and 3 days old. I exclusively breast feed. I usually pump and store milk for the night and feed him directly during the day. Sometimes at night he directly feeds from me. His feeds span between 5-20 minutes long , shorter feeds are frequent and longer feeds (20-30 minutes) are about 2 hours ...
Hi I’ve started using Milton while I’m waiting for a new steriliser. On the Milton website it states that bottles etc don’t need to be washed off which I understand as then it won’t be sterile anymore. What Im questioning myself on is do we let the bottles air dry or make them up straight away once I’ve got them out...
Just bought some nanobebe bottles, can anyone suggest a steriliser that’s also drys and doesn’t need tablets. Would also need space for pump equipment too
Apparently I have been over feeding my baby boy who started vomiting after feeding. I took him to a doctor for the vomiting (he projectile vomited twice yesterday which was very scary 😰) and I was told I need to feed him with no more than 125 ml every 4 hours. This is much less than what he “demands” :) For…
Hi, I brought a rapid cool today, the rapid cool and the insulator. - I’ve tried to rapid cool twice and both times it has not worked, my son is on 7oz of milk, so I use the hot shot of 3oz of boiling water to add the powder to, while the remaining 4oz of boiled water into the rapid cool. -I’m so confused like I’m d...
What did people find harder? From friends I’ve gathered those that struggled going 0-1 found the transition from 1-2 easier. Whereas those that found 0-1 a less severe transition found going 1-2 kids harder. This is a small pool though so would love to hear peoples thoughts.
Anybody who is combi feeding breast and formula, what does your daily routine look like? When are you breast feeding and when are you doing formula? Baby is 10 days old :-)
I’m wondering how yall are sterilizing your bottles if you have a sterilizer machine or have another method Currently handwashing/ steaming but debating if I should get a sterilizer bc im not sure if I’m cleaning my bottles good enough 🙃🙃
How many oz are everyone’s 10.5mth having? How many bottles? For reference there is allergies to dairy. I mention this because seemingly they don’t need bottles at all if they are having dairy foods.
My nearly 15 month old is on stage 2 follow on milk as he wont take to cows milk and wont take a cup. Are/would you continue to sterilise bottles?
Question: If my son is 2.4 years by the time my Jan 2025 baby is born - does that mean I have two under two? ie. Two is inclusive of 2 to 2.11 months? Hope that makes sense. I don’t know if it’s baby brain, tiredness, sleep deprivation - all of the above but I’m clearly not functioning haha…
My son don’t drink milk at all. He’s gone from formula to literally nothing. Is this okay? I’m really worried about it.
Hello! My baby just turned 3 months and he's been mostly taking 2oz sometimes 3oz. One time he did 4oz but most of the time just 2oz and he seems satisfied. He would demand for milk around 2.5-3hrs. Is this normal? Other than his milk intake, he has enough wet diapers and looks to be healthy and fine. The only conc...
There’s a shortage of kendamil comfort and I’m in need of it so bad as I’ve got half a tin left and didn’t think it would be out of stock everywhere…has anyone struggled? Is it better to swap to another comfort formula or would that upset little one’s stomach by changing?xx
I have a 5 month old baby, who is on aptamil. He has 7 scoops of 5 feeds and has all of his feeds in a 12/13 hour period. He used to have final bottle then would sleep all the way til the morning. But the last few nights he’s been awake crying for more milk. Has anyone given 8 scoops? Not sure what to do as 8 sc...
