Struggle getting back to sleep

Is anyone else finding it increasingly difficult to get back to sleep after baby has had their night feed? Mine woke at 1.30am and I haven’t been able to get back to sleep since. He’s woken up again for his second night feed now which means I’ve had about two hours sleep 🥺 I’m not sure how to tackle this x

Waking up early

Can anyone help! I keep waking up at around 4am the past week or so. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and already struggling with lower back pain. I have a bad back and hips anyway and I’m usually a back sleeper so the sleeping on my side can be an issue. I use a butterfly type pillow & that’s comfortable for me most of the ti...

Sleeping

my 4 almost 5 week old absolutely hates her bassinet, the “mattress” has flattened after washing it and so she’s just laying on a board. We let her sleep on the bed with minimal blankets however I noticed she LOVES to sleep on the boppy pillow and that’s when I get her to sleep the longest without fussing. She has b...

Anyone else find this?

I've noticed that whenever my partner's family come to visit or we go around theirs, the same night my son usually wakes up more than usual/sleeps worse. I've just come to expect it now, but find it really curious why it happens, when in theory he should be more tired and worn out 😂 He does get their full…

Dummy cold turkey??

Looking for some advice that this gets better. My 2yr8month old has been using a dummy only for sleep at night since he was around 1½. He doesn't use it during the day. Lately he has been having absolutely unacceptable tantrums... I have been managing that to a point because I expected it at this age. However he's s...

Formula feeding.

My baby girl is 14 weeks and she drinks 6oz every 4 hours during the day. Is this okay? When it comes to night feeds, do I wake her up for a bottle? For example, tonight she had a bottle at 22:20 and she’ll probably sleep through until 5-6. Do I let her sleep or do i wake her at 2am for a bottle?

Treating bedtime as a nap

Is anyone else's December baby treating bedtime like a nap? Baby was going to bed at 730pm and waking up about 8am, but would always wake up after about 30 minutes but would then settle back down quickly.
