Hi! FTM here. My lo will be 4 weeks on Tuesday, and she has slept through the night the past 2 nights. She slept 9 hours one night and 8 hours last night. And she’s slept 7 hours one night last week. She was 2 weeks past her due date, so all the milestone apps consider her 6 weeks. According to Dr. Google, she’s wa...
Wake to feed or feed when they wake
So nervous about going to my in laws for Christmas about how my little one is going to sleep. We usually cosleep but this isn’t going to be an option as the beds there are so high and also soft mattresses. They have a travel cot for her. Any tips to make it less painful?
Are you at 1 nap yet? Ok my almost 1 yr old has been sleeping like garbage and recently we changed from 2 to 1 naps and it seems to be working!😩 but man it is hard during the day!😂 He goes to be strictly at 6:45-7pm. He doesn’t seem to be too overtired or cranky.
Anyone else’s almost/ 6 month old waking before 5am? Just the past couple days my LO Has been waking up before 5am. He was doing so good as of recently and was sleeping 9-10 hours. He’s getting enough daytime sleep that ranges 3-4 hrs, and has an early bed time of 8:15pm- 8:30pm. And sleeps through the night. ...

I've been seeing a few discussions here about naps and dropping a nap. I thought oh yes I could really do with a 2 hour break when LO naps, so I can get loads done. Hahaha (yeah right) So I thought maybe my LO is ready to drop nap, so I tried it for the last 3 days, and his one nap is at 12 o clock after 4 hours wak...
My 10 month old loves a contact nap and I love them too! Everyone around me seems to have such an opinion on me “needing to get him to nap in his cot” and I just don’t want to! He goes down fine at night and I figure he’s soon going to be too big to sleep on me so I’m making the most of it. Is anyone else just going...
Hi guys. My little boy is 8 months now and last night I think he had a night terror but it was so freaky I wasn't sure if I needed to ring 111. He started screaming in his sleep, like a blood curdling scream. We tried everything to wake him up gently and nothing worked. So I picked him up in the hope it would sooth ...
What are your schedules and nap lengths?
Has anyone elses routine changed? He would normally sleep about 9 hours on a night & have one long afternoon nap. This last week, hes doing 11/12 hours on a night, but having 2 short naps, one at dinner for about 45 mins & then one around 5pm for half an hour, then going to bed at 9 & sleeping until 8.30. Were off...
If your LO was a little sick on their sheets in the night would you change the sheets in their moses basket/next to me cot at night?
Hi. Did you buy 2 moise bassinets for the twins when they are newborns, then 2 cribs for later on? Or just the cribs ( no moise)
He wakes up after 30 minute naps and does not take any long stretches unless in contact naps. He is also struggling with night time sleep. Any suggestions on how to improve day time naps? He is also breastfed
Is it normal for baby to sleep with mouth open most of the time? She's done this practically since she was born. Is it a cause for concern?
Anyone done night weening with bf baby? I think I need to night ween as my lg is 16months an still wakes every 1-2 hours sometimes 3 hours if I'm lucky and I'm shattered. Is anyone else having a hard time with bedtime with their little one? He just seems so angry when trying to get him to sleep even for naps but it’s taking about 3 hours each night to get him to sleep. I’ve tried cuddling, laying him next to me, patting, shushing but none of it seems to work. He screams and cries non...
Does anyone else’s 7 month old still wake up in night crying and only settles after he’s had bottle?
We're over 6 weeks in.... is this still the regression or just appalling sleep?! Longest we get is a 3 hr stretch then it gets shorter and shorter Not sure if it's because he sleeps too much in the daytime? He does 3.5 hrs on average of combined nap time and 3 / 4 naps
