13 months baby is glued to me breast. Please share any proven tips that work

My LO recently turned 11 months and she currently having milk 4 times (6-7 ounces). I am wondering if I should be changing it . She still doesn’t have a lot of solids. What are the schedules being followed by 11 month baby moms ? Please share.
