My baby keeps falling asleep on the breast and therefore getting hungry every hour. It’s been quite draining for me as I have a 1 year old and don’t have time to be feeding so often, so have been pumping and want to exclusively express but worried it is unrealistic in the long term
Hey mamas, has anyone successfully weaned baby off of boob onto bottles? If so how have you done this? I love breastfeeding, but baby starting nursery in January and I go back to work a couple days a week so I think its for her best interest that we go onto bottles sooner rather than later
Does anyone have recommendations for a good wearable/hands free pump available in Canada? One that I can walk around the house without it being connected to any wires or anything ? I have the medela hands free one but it still needs to be connected to the wires so I’m stuck sitting in one spot.
My little boy has two teeth and has just started to really bite me when feeding to the point I have to stop for a few minutes. How do I stop this? I yelped on one occasion and he just laughed at me 🫣
My baby is 7 months old and since having teeth she has started to bite. She has made me bleed and it’s too painful to feed her. She is also waking up 4+ times a night to feed She has never taken a bottle but I am seriously considering swapping to pumping and bottle feeding. I am really upset about this. It was a...

Babies just have to take all of our beauty don’t they lol
My LO is 8 weeks old and EBF. I’ve found lately he wants to just use my breast as a dummy for comfort which I don’t mind during the day but it’s taking its toll on me at night. Sometimes he is waking every 30-45 minutes just to suckle on my breast and then falls asleep. He also sits and sucks his hand constantly, wh...
So I was combi feeding but since my little one is having trouble with the formula I’m solely breast and expressing now! And I’ve noticed a difference! I’ve got the vitamin D drops but it says to put on to teat or nipple for baby to suckle, which I’m finding quite hard to juggle, does anyone know if I can just put st...
Those of you who are formula feeding or expressing, how have you dealt with the never ending pressure to feed from the breast? I feel like ever since baby was born there's been so much pressure from midwives and others to breastfeed.
Hi everyone! My two month old is sleeping through the night! I am currently pumping in the middle of the night because my boobs get too engorged and I wake up in pain. How do I get rid of this pumping session?
Hey any advice on how I could stop my 1yr old to stop breastfeeding ?
My baby is EBF. We used to give her a bottle of expressed milk a day, but she's since refused bottles. Her feeding schedule is unpredictable as well. Sometimes she feeds more than once an hour. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks that I've been waiting for for almost a year. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be ab...

I’ve been considering bringing our breastfeeding journey to an end. My son has been exclusively nursed since he was born. He recently hit 12m and I always told myself I would go for “as long as my body makes milk” or “until he decides he’s done” whichever came first. But for the last 3 months I have been struggling ...
I’m a nurse who does 3- 12 hour shifts in a busy emergency room. I’m going to be going back to work soon after having my baby and I’m concerned about how and when to pump. Right now I pump every 3 hours but with the unpredictable environment we work in how have others navigated this? Plus I feel bad being off the un...

My little one is 12 weeks old and I have just started my first period. Did anyone else notice a drop in their breast milk supply when their period started? My baby is breastfed mostly, but I pump once or twice a day and he takes this in a bottle from my partner usually in the evenings. We had been in a fairly smoot...
