If you exclusively expressed, how long did you do it for?
My baby keeps falling asleep on the breast and therefore getting hungry every hour. It’s been quite draining for me as I have a 1 year old and don’t have time to be feeding so often, so have been pumping and want to exclusively express but worried it is unrealistic in the long term

@Samantha thank you. Loved breastfeeding with my first it was such a beautiful journey but this time it just feels so stressful like I can’t take my time and sit to enjoy it. So hard, and feeling lots of mum guilt. Expressing is going well so I’m hopeful it can continue
