This is probably TMI but I am 6 weeks postpartum and I had an episiotomy which opened up on day 5. It was left to heal naturally on its own. Today for some reason I got the worst diarrhoea ever and I am absolutely 100% sure it got in my episiotomy. I don’t know what to do. Will I get an infection?

I wanna get a wagon for my 4 yr old who is 50lbs+ I also wanna use it to put him and maybe a cousin or him and a laundry bag or something in, but every one I look at has mixed reviews.
