Baby sleeping

Hi lovelies! My baby girl is a newly 4 month and she’s something else. Tonight I was struggling with getting her to sleep. Since last week I stopped rocking and holding her to sleep because I was told she would become dependent on those things. Well tonight through every attempt at getting her to fall asleep in her...

To anyone looking into tonies

Clear tackle box to store the tonie figures and creative tonies. A clear tackle box allows you to put things in of different sizes and everything is visible. And they are easy enough to find ( yes even on Amazon.) Signed, a mom who saw someone comment about storage concerns and went.... Compartment box and went sea...

I fell asleep holding baby.

It’s our first day home… we literally left the hospital about 7 hours ago. My husband left to pick up my prescriptions, and I fell asleep on the couch with baby on my chest. She rolled to the side and onto the couch. I woke up right away but immediately bawled my eyes out. I feel like the worst mom ever already, and...

Any suggestions o...

Let’s not normalise this.

I’ve heard a couple of people who wear noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs at night whilst having a baby. This is really not okay, your baby needs you. I don’t understand why some people find this acceptable

Sterifeed Bottles

Just found out that the purple lidded sterifeed bottles that we used with the hospital pump are actually single use only!! I have just ordered the white lidded ones which are reusable. Did anyone else not realise this? We have been using them for the last 5 weeks and sterilising after every use, not had any issues....

Sleep

So my baby girl is 15 weeks now, her sleeping pattern isn’t too bad exactly however she does go to sleep usually between 10:30-11:30pm, the past 2 weeks she’s been waking up during the night for a feed and going back to sleep but she did used to sleep for at least 6 hours straight before that. I feel as though her b...

I’m actually going to explode with rage

My LO has been a terrible sleeper at night for months. Averaging about 5-10 wake ups rocking back to sleep per night. I’m genuinely so sleep deprived. Recently it was getting slightly better but the last couple nights have got worse again. Tonight he threw up all over himself because he was crying so much so his sic...

How to set a bedtime?

My baby is 5 months now and we were wondering how to set a bedtime for her. She usually naps through the day and evening, so wakes up after 15m to 45min right upto around 10.30pm then she only goes for a proper sleep at midnight after she is fed. She then sleeps in until 10.30am (waking up for feeds but sleeping ver...
