Does anyone have any advice on how to give water to a baby?, I’ve tried giving it to my 10 month old several times . She’s only meant to be drinking a bottle in the morning then at night of milk. So I need to give her more water but she isn’t drinking it and I’m stressed 😩
My baby came a week early. So blessed she's here. I got discharged last night and it was the first time my husband and I were alone with our first baby. She refused to sleep in her bassinet and only wanted us to carry her through our the night. She did drink her formula, however, we did not get any sleep because eve...
How can I get my LB to sleep longer in his cot or anywhere else asides on me. He has several “attempted”naps throughout the day, falling asleep is not the trouble at all but staying asleep is. Once you lay him down, he wakes almost immediately! especially during daytime. He only sleeps longer if he’s being carried. ...
What did you guys do once baby started being able to crawl? Did your bed sharing arrangement change? I’m just trying to be prepared lol
My nearly 3 year old has had the side taken off his cot about 2 months ago because he would just cry in his cot, but now he gets out of bed at all the hours at night time, we are barely getting any sleep how do I get my son to stay asleep in his bed?
Seems a silly question, but where should the handle be when driving? In the carry position or pushed back down? We have a cosatto acorn i-size if that matters
Is it normal for the mother to wake up every night with no help from the father to do late night feeds. Every 2hrs ? Baby is 3 weeks old and I’m exhausted from doing everything alone. Father watches baby for less than an hour a day. Then I have him all day and night. I’m building lots of resentment and want to know ...
Anyone drop a nap in their baby’s schedule yet? If so how’d ya do it? My baby will be turning 5 months on Monday and is currently taking 5 naps a day. He sleeps through the night from 9pm - 5:30am and seems to want to sleep longer during naps as of yesterday. So I’m thinking this is a good sign to drop a nap and i...
Me and my partner just had an ‘argument’ about using white noise, for context putting white noise when baby is cranky and when feeding seems to settle her and she seems to calm down with it. My partner is adamant that we should try without, but I have and she won’t feed well as she keeps messing about, whilst with w...
I’ve been in the guest room with my baby for about four months now and I really miss my bed and sleeping next to my husband. I don’t want to stop counseling but I don’t want to sleep in the guest room anymore… baby is only five months and sleep decently. Some nights he wants up for a few hours most he only stirs twi...
Any moms still breastfeeding? How long are you planning to continue? I told myself I wanted to make it to a year but now I’m on the fence about weaning. I currently breastfeed in the AM and PM and pump in between to send with her to daycare. Daycare provides them with whole milk but I’m not sure how I feel about i...
I woke up this morning and out of nowhere I just got really sad and started crying, and now I’m just really sad and I can’t help it 😭
My little boy is 3 days old, I’m feeding him every 2-3 hours for roughly 10-20 minutes at a time. Is this enough? He seems content. Also, my boobs and nipples are EXTREMELY painful and rock hard. When does this become easier it’s making it very difficult for me to try and stick with it ☹️. Does this mean I have to f...
Is anyone else baby starting to get bruises? My little girl is in to everything crawling and pulling herself up everything I feel awful she has bruises on her legs 😢
My 16 week old little boy will only nap on me during the day or his pram. I really want to transition him to his crib for day time naps, however each time I’ve tried it’s only lasted 10 minutes. He is also a very very alert little boy, so will only fall asleep if rocked for a very long time or breastfed. “Sleepy b...
Does anyone else’s 9 month old flap their arms up and down if their excited or playing? My little one started doing it a couple of months ago but I would have thought he would grow out of it by now.
Did anyone switch to or only EP? Really thinking about it, just feel like it might be more convenient since I have a 14 month old toddler that also requires my time and attention. Just want to see other people’s experiences. Thanks!
Just made up our first bottle of Althera in our Perfect Prep and it’s come out yellow and watery. Is this normal? I immediately dumped it out and fed her with her normal milk as I’m unsure!
Anyone else having this? Was 30 mins but now even shorter pretty much every time 🙈not sure why or how to improve it
Is it normal for them to go on their tippy toes I’ve never noticed my nieces do it but probably didn’t pay as much attention but my LO is never flat footed always on her tippy toes 👀
