Why do they tell us to transition from breast/formula on to cows milk at 12 months but then this is saying they should stop having milk at the same age? I'm just wondering when my toddler should stop having milk before bed because she's really not fussed with it anymore

Hi all, on average in a 24 hour period how long is your baby bf for? My lo feeds between 8-12 times, sometimes more, but only for a maximum of 1 hour 45 mins, he’s putting on weight and is healthy, just interested to know if this is average/ normal amount of time
