Struggling with work after bad sleep

Is anyone else struggling being back at work with lack of sleep? This morning my daughter has been up on and off since 4.30, so I've been awake since 4.30. How am I meant to work effectively? Has anyone got any advice on how to focus after so little sleep, or how to try and set expectations?

How to fit workouts in

Any advice on finding the time to exercise? My little one is now 13 months. He used to have a good two hour nap in the morning which is when I'd squeeze a workout in - and then he'd have a cat nap in the afternoon. The past couple of weeks he seems to have dropped to one nap and won't go down for longer than an hour...

Night changes and leaky nappies help 😭

We’ve had near enough constant issues with leaky nappies with my almost 2 week old. We’re getting there with tesco nappies, hoping as he grows he’ll fit in. However, I’m having some issues with the nights. Me and my partner agreed he’d take on most/all the night changes as I’m the one up feeding and winding him, ho...

2 Month Old Forgetting How To Take The Bottle

Hi, my 2 month old daughter started to forget how to take the bottle. Any tips on how I can get her to take the bottle again so my husband can feed her too? I'd like her to take formula as well eventually with mix feeding as the ultimate goal. Any tips are appreciated!

Night time routine

Hi mamas, How many times your baby wakes up during the night? What’s your nighttime routine? From a tired mom who wakes up almost every 3 hours!! My LO was pretty great about a month ago and she’d only woke up once during the night, but it’s been almost a week that we’re back to waking up every 3 hours!!

Early wakes

My son has been waking between 4-5am every day for a little while now 🫠 he’s then just up. I thought it was because I’ve gone back to work and his schedule is a little messed up but it’s now becoming pretty consistent. It doesn’t matter how much day sleep he has, can be 45mins, can be 3hrs. He is up at 4-5am…

Feeling overwhelmed

My mother-in-law just got the call for a transplant, which is such amazing news. I’m truly overjoyed for her. Naturally, my husband wants to be there for her surgery and stay a few days afterward, and I absolutely think he should. At the same time, I can’t shake this anxiety. I’m too far along to travel, so it woul...

Foods to make 7 month old sleeping through most of the night ?

So at night, my 7 month old wakes up about every 3 hours to drink his milk. What can I give him say around 7:30pm or 9 pm to help him sleep a couple more hours than 3 to eat? He normally eats sold foods at 7:00pm/7:30pm and is asleep by/at 9pm. I have tried putting cereal in his milk but the nipple for that is t...

Finally getting some 👀

This is so dumb lol, but I just wanted to come on here and brag on myself a tiny bit. Not really bragging, but i’m proud of myself haha 😆 I had my baby back in early November, but I have had quite literally no sex drive since July (or somewhere around there). So we hadn’t had sex since I think July or August of…

Sleep consultant ...

Can anyone recommend a sleep consultant that's not cost the earth but has really helped. My 9 month old is waking 10+ times a night, wants to cosleep but then husband has to sleep on the sofa and he's got a bad back. Even when cosleeping he wakes 4-5 times and often for one longer period where a bottle won't soothe ...
