Is anyone starting any sort of exercise?

I am 9 weeks today and starting to feel quite well back again, so I was thinking of trying reformer pilates. Is anyone working out? And if so, what do you recommend? I know it has to be low impact. I just want to stay healthy and have energy 💪🏼

When do you workout? When do you think should I?

I want to in the mornings but my babies wake up early or when I do, working out with them around takes at least an hour or more, and I’m dead by the night after cleaning up. I’m at a loss but want to exercise so bad ugh
