I think I have DR, diastasis recti. Ab speration. I'm trying out the deep breathing. I used to do some abdominal crunches and it made DR worse I think so I have to back track and do the proper exercises to flatten out stomach and strengthen my core to regain my full mobility. Blood thinning tablets

Hey guys. So I will be having a c section in about 5 weeks (UK) and I've been reading about blood thinning injections after it, I really don't want them as it's like a fear from wen I broke my ankle n had to have them for weeks. Has anyone had tablets instead of the injections?
