Bowl and plate recommendations

We have the bibado set which will great for sticking to the highchair but have started to retain smell and taste of other food no matter how we wash them. What do you all use and prefer?

Ladies I’ve been trying to switch things up with my food nothing wild, just adding a little variety. I forgot the croutons, so I tossed in some sourdough bread instead, and honestly… you’d never know the difference!

Have any you started giving your kiddo fish oil and seen a difference? I was reading a book saying there have been studies of giving kids omega 3 supplements and it having positive effects for their ADHD!

Starting the gym in 2nd trimester

Dos and donts to starting the gym in the 2nd trimester? I’ve heard there’s many benefits when it comes to delivery and recovery when you stay active during pregnancy. I haven’t worked out in over a year so this would be a fresh start in the gym for me again. Anyone else doing this?

Folic acid 5mg

I was prescribed 5mg of folic acid when I first found out I was pregnant - I’m now 12 weeks, should I stop taking it now? I’ve read online it’s only for 12 weeks but wasn’t sure if that’s the same with the higher dosage.
