Hi mama's! New mom advice needed

So I'm 9 mo pp and I'm in dire need to get outdoors again and preferably with my little one since she's a bit bigger now! Any moms got any advice on fun outdoors things to do! Planning to do baby gymnastics with her but that's in a studio. So any outdoor activities outside of going to parks will be appreciated 🥰…

How is everyone coping taking vitamins, either they make me sick or I keep forgetting🙈 I always take my folic aid as I'm on the higher dose in the mornings it's just the vitamins I can't stomach first thing but then forget to take them😬

Vitamins after 40 weeks

Just wondering if anyone knows after 40 weeks you need to continue taking pre natal vitamins. I’ve run out today and they seem to be out of stock everywhere but wondered if I even need to continue now at this stage?

Dinner 19m old

Toad in the hole, mash, carrots, broccoli and gravy. She dumped the gravy completely over her dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Apparently carrots are the devil unless covered in gravy 😂
