Hi all! I’m hoping someone on here can shed light, how on earth can I start medication for ovulation like a clomid etc to help me conceive when I don’t have periods due to my PCOS (how will I ever know when my cycle starts I’m so confused)

So I have been prescribed progesterone for my next pregnancy but I’m not sure when to start taking them because I’ve been getting vfl on test so I don’t know

I got my nexplanon removed and had a period 2 days after removal. My next period was due a week ago but nothing and I don’t think I’m pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this?
