Can you get maternity allowance if you have not worked for 2 years

I had a baby last March and was working on agency however I didn’t meet the criteria for them to pay me maternity pay so I claimed it from the goverment /dwp. I am now pregnant again and have just started a job 2 weeks ago before finding out I was pregenant will I be able to recive maternity pay again.
