Longest wait for a Birth certificate
Anyone else birth certificate taking forever to arrive? I’m so fed up at this stage with Covid and then the hack! I really need to sort out her passport but everything is on hold until the birth certificate.

Still waiting on my son's too! Ppsn and all came but no sign of a cert. It's a joke at this point

I've applied initially trough HSE but I've waited ages because that cyber attack. So , because I couldn't wait forever, I've applied directly to Register office in Roscommon. You'll have to download a form ( from gov.ie) and send it at groonlinepayments@welfare.ie. you'll get your certificate in about a month.
