Weeing/Pooing While Breastfeeding

Today is day one of potty training our 2 year 3 month old little girl. We are following the Oh Crap Potty Training book. She seems to understand the concept of wee goes in the potty, but the problem we’re having is that she keeps weeing while nursing. I’m two weeks off giving birth to our second so my milk has come back in and she’s literally nursing all the time, so she wees while nursing. Then she finishes boobing and will get on the potty, but obviously it’s too late by then. She has also always used the boob to help her poo, so she’ll be trying to poo while nursing and if I tried to unlatch her to sit her on the potty she would get incredibly upset. What does everyone else do? Any tips/advice? Thanks! PFA.
