Bed time snacks

Looking for some help with snacks. I was told by my doctor to try to stay away from crabs for the bedtime snack and have just protein. What do you normally have? Suggestions please.

I would eat protein bars & zero sugar popsicles for late night snacks

When I had GD before I had my little boy, I would have a green apple and some cheese, sometimes with crackers for a snack before bed and my levels in the morning were always ok!

Full fat Greek yoghurt with berries or cheese and apple.

My doctor recommended something high in protein. So I usually do a protein shake or those Yasso yogurt ice cream bars for a late night treat

2x babybels every bedtime worked for me!
