I constantly pee. If I could go once or twice every hour I would. At night since having the baby I find myself needed to go atleast 4 times. Even if I only had 1 water bottle that day. If you think something could be wrong I suggest going to the doctors
@Monét this has been going on since he was 5 years old. I took him off the overnight pull-ups and the doctor says he’s fine physically. So idk 🤷♀️ What else could I do? I’m only concerned about it so much because he feels sad/ embarrassed that he still wets the bed and wants his friends to spend the night but he doesn’t want his friends to know of his “accidents”.
@Samantha he sometimes tells me that he’s afraid to walk to the bathroom and that’s when he’ll wet the bed, so I’ve installed pixie lights in the room and in the hallway leading to the bathroom and there’s a night light inside the bathroom as well. I’ve also pulled all nighters a few times to really see if he’s waking up and choosing not to walk to the bathroom. But all of those times he’s completely asleep. Last week, we’ve gotten to the point where he’ll wake me up to walk him to the bathroom and then he suggested that he’s ready to go by himself but is still surprised to find himself wet in the morning. And what’s also tricky is that he can go days and sometimes 1 week and a half without wetting and I feel there’s progress yet as soon as I feel this progression he wets the bed the next morning.
@Samantha hmm, that’s right he could be dreaming of going.
hey mama, i know this post was two months ago but i just wanted to share that i used to wet the bed until the end of 4th grade.. 😭 i was embarrassed about it too but idk why i couldn’t help it but it stopped. my mom used to buy me the overnight diapers for big kids or idk what she would buy but that’s what she’d do. also i heard before that it’s a sign of adhd and i have that so maybe that was my reason. i just wanted to share that i didn’t stop till the end of 4 the grade 🥲🥲
This has always been the case? or is this new?
