Could this cause me to miscarry?

Hello all So, I got a positive pregnancy test on 8/21. I got a positive digital on 8/24. I had a miscarriage in 2020 and I have endometriosis and PCOS, so I am extraordinarily scared to have another miscarriage. That said, I had pretty bad cramping so I went to ER on 8/28. Doctor told me my HCG is at 96, and that I am either in the midst of a miscarriage or just very early in pregnancy. I have blood work this morning (8/30) to check my levels again and see if they are doubling like they are supposed and if I am still pregnant or not. That said, with already having a high risk of miscarriage I have been scared out of my mind and altogether avoiding anything that might cause a miscarriage. However, this evening I "got off". I am scared that the contractions of the orgasm can cause a miscarriage since I am already at high risk. I read online it can trigger a miscarriage and I guess ultimately I am just looking for some peace of mind. I can't sleep waiting for my blood work this morning and my brain is all over the place with worry.
