C section wound

Sorry for the tmi, but I had a second c section on the first of September- and I do have an obvious shelf/overhang but there’s a smell coming from the wound with some discharge. I’ve been to triage twice now, with a negative culture swab. At this point I put it down to sweat- but I air it out twice a day- have a shower. Really confused on what else to don😭😭
