I had a look at its seems my local one has to be after 'booking' appointment with midwife :-( I literally work in a hospital so I am sure they would take my referral but don't want my colleagues to know just yet. Thank you for responding @Diana
I had the exact same pain at 4 weeks but it only really lasted 24 hours. I had the same thoughts as you. I read that a cyst forms on the ovary that the egg is released from which is normal but can give you pain. Hoping it eases for you x
I didn't realise you could have cysts and be pregnant (so excuse my ignorance there) I've had some pain/discomfort but everything still seems to be okay x

I have polycystic ovaries and also have more pain on one side, but knowing the cysts are the most likely issue I try not to worry about it. Since you also know you have a cyst and that’s the most probable explanation for the pain, try not to worry too much about it (I know, easier said than done). You could try to self refer to EPAU to get some reassurance
