Contact naps

I feel like most women don’t care to do this but my 5 month old almost exclusively contact naps on me, I love it, and I don’t want to transition her out of it. She sleeps well at night. Do any other moms do this? Did you end up transitioning? How was it? Please no hate I just love it. Sorry not sorry.

I love it too, except for the times I need to get things done 😅 but it’s a pretty good excuse to just get all the snuggles during the day

We also exclusively contact nap. In fact, I just *tried* to transfer him but it was a fail so he’s back in my arms lol. I am fortunate to be a stay at home mom so I don’t really need to stop contact napping. Sometimes it’d be nice to get things done but I feel like I blinked and now he’s 5 months old. Didn’t I just give birth? Before we know it, they will be big and not nap on us anymore. I’m just soaking it all in ❤️

We exclusively contact nap no plan to change! 4 months in we love it it works for us he sleeps really good at night and we will get a 30 min to hour nap if with me and only 15 min max if not

We do the same here! My 5 month old contact naps during the day and then sleeps perfectly fine in her bassinet at night. I was thinking of trying to transition her to crib naps during the day but I don’t think I’m going to. I want to soak up the snuggle naps while I can 🥹❤️

I’m the same and my little one is 6 months old I’m sure he will grow out of it at some point but I’ll enjoy the cuddles whilst they last for now! 😆

I don't only because I'm a working mom. If I were a sahm I definitely would. Enjoy those sessions if you can!

We contact nap all the time too. We both get the best naps that way. Everyone keeps telling me to put him in the crib for naps but I go back to work soon so we'll continue to contact nap until then
