Question about scanning

Hi Mamas in Worksop. 👋🏻 I had a missed miscarriage in July and I tested positive today. My period should be due on 3 Jan. I had a morning sickness this morning so I took the test earlier. May I ask if anyone know… will the hospital offer an early scan after a miscarriage please? I start panic after the test 😔 Thank you.
