Ocular migraines?

So it’s a long story I’m afraid but any help/advice very much welcome. Going back 8 years ago I suffered with a really bad head pain, couldn’t lift my head by off my pillow on bad days, this went on around 4/5 months then just stopped during this time I was signed off work sick and going to the hospital for tests, when I was due an MRI was around the time when the pain just stopped so they wouldn’t do it anymore and I got diagnosed with ‘ hermicrania continua’ which to my understand was a neurological condition that meant migraines that lasted any length of time with no trigger. I’ve had these awful ‘headaches’ that painkillers don’t help at all on and off over years usually only a day or 2. Fast forward to July last year in the time it took to blink I lost all 90% of my vision in one eye it just went it was very scary after around an hour my vision came back but was very blurry I went to a&e eye clinic they run loads of tests and never really said anything other than maybe migraine related and to come back if it happened again. I got a follow up appointment weeks later but again by this time all had gone back to normal all the doctor said was when he run the same tests again everything seemed more normal with no more explanation. Since then I’ve had a few occasions of my vision going blurry in one eye, it feels like both eyes but when covering one eye I realise it’s only the left eye affected. Now to the today. I am on day 7 of this blurred vision again in left eye, it’s more my peripheral vision effected and vision feels ‘slow’ I’ve had on and off bad pain headaches around the effected eye and aches in my neck with it. I’m seeing the doctor today as it’s gone on for so long but I just feel like I’ll be brushed off again. Has anyone with migraines had something like this?
