Wisdom tooth

I am 19 weeks pregnant. I have one wisdom tooth that is horizontal and for a few days it started to hurt me, not all the time, the pain is not so bad just yet, but I am really worried to get it removed during pregnancy if I need to, because I believe removing it it’s like a small surgery, needing anestezic and antibiotics… How do I know if it’s inflamed and in that case is it safe to get it removed during pregnancy? I have an x-ray of it from just before I got pregnant, they can use that to not get a new one done now? Thank you x
