Post partum hair loss

Hit 4 months post partum and my hair started falling out like crazy. Every time I brush it, there's a whole birds nest. Am almost 6 months pp and it hasn't slowed down. I pump exclusively and I have never experienced hair loss like this before. I also didn't notice any hair changes during pregnancy. I usually have thick hair and now every time I touch it, I wonder where half has gone. Still taking pregnancy and post partum supplements but what else can I do? Constantly having hair everywhere in my home, worrying about it wrapping around my little one and feeling like I've lost most of it is exhausting. Anyone else experience it and find something that helped stop it?

My Bub is 4 months and I have the same problem. Haven’t found anything that helps yet :((

mine slowed and started growing back about 8months

Same 🤦🏻‍♀️ 6 months PP .. started taking some hair nails skin vitamins. Applying coconut oil every other day.

Same here , hair fall started 3 months pp and still on at 6 months..read that it gets better after 8 months .. so hopeful 🤞

@SreedhaP praying! It's crazy and frustrating. Women get such a shit go of it 😅

My bub is 7 months old now and my hair still does this:(

Mine started around 4.5 months and now we are at 7.5 and it’s slowly starting to improve. There is hope. I don’t think much can be done unfortunately 😕 Also, rosemary oil (diluted) can help keep the follicles invigorated. Either in drops or a spray. Fun times! Lol
