Pregnancy test

I took a test last night and it was negative then I looked at it again this morning and it was positive ( the line was also pink ) has this happened to anyone else and they was actually pregnant. Like I’m going to go get a new test today and take it in the morning. ( I know the one that changed is no longer correct which is why I plan on testing again)

When tests sit longer than 5 minutes they can develop an evaporation line. My guess would be that it was an evaporation line. Still retest but I would recommend not rechecking straps after 5 minutes from now on.

The instructions say after a specific time period, the test isn't accurate.

@Lauren see that’s what I was thinking but I also know evap lines are normal grey and but this one you can look at it and tell it’s pink which made me feel it might not be a evap line. It was a first response test. I also took a. Blue dye and it has a faint positive earlier yesterday ( I don’t normally take blue dye tests though which is why I took the pink one last night )

That happened to me 2 years ago. Negative, then looked at it a few days later it was positive, took a new test and it was positive too

It isn’t accurate but this has happened to me and I was pregnant
