Cramping for hours
I’ve been having period like cramps constantly for the last few hours. I’ve been to have a poo twice since midnight. Is this labour starting? It’s hard to time anything as it feels constant.

@Honor pretty sure I’m in labour as I’m bleeding now too & the contractions have definitely started but they’re like 8 mins apart! X
Definitely ring and speak to your midwife or triage! Try relax, have a bath, take paracetamol. Keep timing them if they get any closer together start thinking about heading to wherever you plan on birthing
