Pregnancy test - Evap or bad test?

I picked up a test from 7-11 on the way to work the other day. My period was only 1 day only of “normal” bleeding but I have a bleeding disorder so I bled like a normal period with implantation bleeding with my first pregnancy for my daughter. The test didn’t develop so I threw one of the two away and kept the second one in my bag to look at later. I took another one when I got home which was negative but found this in my bag today, I totally forgot I threw it in there (gross I know but it’s been a crazy few days) Should I even think anything of it? The control side didn’t develop either but I’m wondering if I should retest or not.
