@Pippa I have done from stress before but I normally focus on pains in the body x
I take ashwaganda and do a daily run. It’s been my biggest saving grace. I was a mess last year. Ashwaganda is natural too xx
I suffer from this. I am taking antidepressants, calming vitimins and they’re helping me so much! I did have therapy but stopped as it was more of a trigger than a help x
